When launching OPS Manager from Enterprise Manager you may encounter the following error: "Connection to Host refused".
To resolve this issue, try restarting the EMS/NMS service for Enterprise Manager.
1)Start--Settings---Control Panel
2)Double-click Administrative Tools
3)Double-click Services
4)Locate the Enterprise Manager Server service (EMS/NMS service) and stop it
5)Restart the service

Restart your Enterprise Manager session and attempt to launch OPS Manager. If it still fails please contact Mitel Product Support.
