When a set has a password programmed and user cannot remember password. They can not use the message key.

There are 2 ways to clear the password on the set.

1- On the set hit super key and go to "set password"
- Enter 4 zero's for the new password.

2- Delete the name from the tel dir assignment.
- Then the name can be added back in.
